I was NEVER contacted about this matter and did know about owed monies.I was in fact taken off this account by my ex during my divorce Why have wage garnishment Las Vegas nv
I receiced garnishment papers from richland holdings from monies (supposedly) owed in 2009 they claim they went to court in henderson NV to start proceedings. at no time was I made aware of this debt in fact it was from RC willys account that my ex took me off of during our divorce and he claims the debt was paid I should not have to pay this $5,199 debt since I was never given the chance to fix the problem
