Friday I was contact by the State Attorney Generals Office of Missouri. They contacted Mr. Stitt who came up with his usual list of lies and falsehoods, the best one being that the "buyer refused to sign a contract so we are holding his aircraft". WHAT CONTRACT STITT? THE ONE YOU CAME UP WITH A YEAR LATER AND DECIDED I OWED YOU EVEN MORE MONEY? How about the one I MADE you sign before you took off with my Helicopter? That is the only legal and binding document in this transaction fat boy. You are a repugnant excuse for a human being! The investigator assigned to my case would be GLAD to speak with any other persons being ripped off by Stitt. Contact Sheri Sloan AGOM at 573-751-3321 reference case# CF2005-02086. PS a thank you to Joe Rinke for his information on this slime ball Stitt and also Roy Moon another victum. Togeather we will prevail.

Remember gentlemen, when individuals like John and Rick slandering others and spread untruths, it only reinforces what you all have said and what is true. They act this way, only to cover up their faults. Remember, they are the desperate ones, they are the ones hurting financially, as well as mentally due to the overwhelming stress to survive or to stand out in the crowd. I, myself, would not worry about it; they will not get very far in life or in business. It is very obvious that these two gentlemen started this behavior/habit at a very young age. As they say, once a dog, always a dog, and every dog will have his day, it is only a matter of time! We have gotten an overwhelming response from individuals calling and e-mailing, thanking us for posting the truth about what is truly going on with these two men. Their response is exactly the same, it is obvious that they are hurting and overwhelmed with frustration to act this way. At least you and others on this posting can see what a looney bird this Lacey guy is. I have requested his posts be banned from this thread since he is only here as a mouth peice for Stitt, and a DUMB one at that. I have written only the facts here and have the documents to back them up. Yes, I have made reports to IRS, FBI, FAA, HLS and any one else who would listen. I even spoke to your attorney. Rob, Andreas, Chitwood, and Randy should all report to their local IRS, that they have written in excess of $10,000 checks to Rick Stitt and Stitt Ind., as well as to John. All of the above-mentioned names have copies of their canceled check or wire transfers As proof. Inform the IRS that you believe that the individuals have not paid the proper income tax on the checks/income. For instance, when we performed our investigation on Stitt. We found out that he took Dennis Chitwood check for 22,000 and paid his back child-support with it and did not claim it as income. The IRS will be more than happy to do their homework. Very Interesting John, I was not aware that I had cut my feet off, thank you for bringing that to my attention, I will check this evening to see if you are correct. And if so, I will have to talk to my doctor and ask why I was not told of this incident. Thank you for bringing something else to my attention. I was unaware that I had been in bed with Rob. Rob don't you think that you should have at least called me or introduced yourself properly first! I have a question for you, John. What investigation are you referring to, or is this more false information on your behalf? It is very interesting how Rick convinces his friends, or customers, to lie for him (keeping Rick out of the loop) and post all of this misinformation about others. It is also very interesting to think that you actually believe him, we now have an idea of exactly where your learning curve is. It is very obvious to all of us here that you have not done your homework. And if you had, you would not be making a fool of yourself. You should really let Rick take care of his own problems. Oh, did you not tell us all that you would have your turbine Mini up and flying for all to see at Sun-n-Fun this year. What may I ask ever happened with that? Don't tell me Rick didn't perform "again". I think you both definately have a career opportunity in fiction writing, or perhaps writing comedy since you are quite entertaining. Joe... NEXT->> This CAD diagram shows the working parts of the Turbine drive section. The T62 Turbine output shaft drives thru the planetary drive assembly and spins the outside shell of the centrifugal clutch. The taper section of the centrifugal clutch contains a soft start or cone clutch that is engaged by a servo to spin up the internal centrifugal clutch. This back drives a planetary which makes a one to one output with the upper pulley of the main transmission pinion. NICE DESIGN ROB!

There are only 3 Mini's delivered to the Customer and all 3 of them have one in Common: Each Customer went to Excelsior Springs to finish his own Project themselves! Dennis Chitwood, Randy Culver and me, Andreas Pischinger! And all of them are mentioned in a bad way by John. So, if anybody has an Aircraft missing or is waiting to get his done, better goes there and finish his own work himself! Rick is not able to complete even one, since he has no money to buy parts or Vendors who makes parts for him. I know from one Individual who had to pay for his parts again, directly to the Vendor, after Rick received the Payment for the Conversion. And I know it because I was there when it happened! Of course John will know it better, it was way before he wired money to Rick! Good Luck

I am wondering something, WHERE IS RICK? Why has Johnny been the only on responding to this, and NOT Rick? Johnny, WHY are you even involved in this discusion, UNLESS you have something to gain. Do you? Plus, since it has been SEVENTEEN (17) MONTHS and Rob hasn't recieved anything, He deserves EVERYTHING BACK, the cash AND the helicopter. GOOD LUCK ROB.

John, why don't you mind your own business! This is not your company, you did not sign the contract with me and RICK STITT STILL HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY DEMANDS FOR RESOLUTION. You are right about one thing, justice will prevail now that I have spoken to an FBI agent and there will be an investigation in to the LACK OF ACTION in the Excelsior Springs law enforcement entities.

It IS EASY TO TWIST THE TRUTH. When you are in bed with Rick Stitt as an investor and want to see things his way. Also when you cut and paste a COPY of my report to the AGO of MO. and omit part of the end. Secondly, the "November date" was an obvious TYPO and should be 2004 and that has clearly no bearing on the original contract that was signed by Stitt. Me Cursing on my cell phone? Please get a life!
HERE IS THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT WITH STITT:

Contract for Turbine Conversion of Mini-500
This agreement dated November 7th 2003 between Robert DiJoseph (owner) and Rick Stitt of Stitt Industries Inc. (contractor) is binding on all heirs and successors of both parties named herein.
For the sum of $30,000 USD the contractor will transport the Mini-500 helicopter, serial #0277 (aircraft) to his shop and perform a full conversion of the aircraft to a turbine power plant. After completion aircraft may be put on display at the 2004 Sun&Fun air show after which time it will be transported by the contractor back to the owners location of choice.
Contractor agrees to the following stipulations:
The funds paid herein shall not be used for any purpose not directly related to the aircraft's modification.
Job will include all necessary modifications, parts, instruments and installations, including rigging, balancing and test flights.
Assembly, fitting and finishing of the aircraft shall be of high quality workmanship and shall include the door assemblies be installed & painted.
All stock parts not used in the refitting shall remain the property of the owner.
Contractor will provide a low time overhauled Solar Turbine engine.
Contractor shall be responsible to maintain the quality and condition of the existing paint job.
Modification of the landing gear height may be required at owner's discretion.
Contractor will keep the owner informed of progress by email and photos on a weekly basis. (this will be added to the aircraft's construction log for the CA)
Payment will be made as follows:
$10,000. down upon pickup of the aircraft.
$10,000. upon the owners inspection of the contractors facilities on or about 12/3/03.
$10,000. Upon initial run-up of turbine in the aircraft.

Rob, I met you at Sun-N-Fun 2004, and you had already purchased an Enstrom, and wanted Rick to design a Turbine Conversion for it with 2 Solar T-62 Turbines!
I guess since he was busy repairing all of the pieces on Andreas's Mini, that Andreas broke, or screwed up.
And at the same time finishing Dennis's Mini for the show, he did not have enough time to have yours completed.
I know how demanding you are with others, as I often had the chance to hear you cursing out other people on your cell phone. Not Impressed!
The Turbine Conversion costs considerably more than you had paid, and cannot happen overnight.
And also, your story begins 11/7/03, and runs through 4/16/04, then....ends 11/2003? What's up with that?
