Wow this place is crazy the owners Kyle Leeand Chauncey Solinger have that nice dirty methadone addict look going on which should be the first warning sign. The best part of this dynamic duo is that they lie about everything; I mean these guys lie about things that arent even worth lying about and than swear its the truth. They never get any paperwork filed on time or claim its lost or maybe it gets smoked up who knows. How this affects the unknowing customer is that if you buy a vehicle or take the endorsement class. You have a very good chance if not a guarantee of not getting your paperwork so you either run the chance of not getting your title or some other shady thing happening like backing out on a contract on repairs if they dont outright destroy your bike in a crude attempt to change the oil with a hammer or paying for the class and not getting your motorcycle license. How they stay in business should be a mystery to anyone who ever visits this place, Ride Green, flmotorcycle school the shame of Fort Myers

I highly suspect the original author of this complaint is a disgruntled former employee, as we have had reports about numerous negative comments from this person being posted online. The fact that they reference multiple aspects of our business (motorcycle licensing & car sales) in which a consumer has never both participated in is the smoking gun for me. In other words, we've never had someone buy a car and take a motorcycle licensing course at the time of this complaint. Few vehicle sales customers are even aware we provide the motorcycle service.
That being said, we deal with thousands of customers over the years, and unfortunately there is an extremely small percentage who can't be satisfied with our service. It's very rare, and in the vehicle sales business it is even more rare for satisfied customers to take the time to write a positive review. In fact, an igotagreatdealreport.com doesn't even exist. A quick search of your local tow companies, dealerships, or repair shops will show hordes of negative reviews...but that's generally how dissatisfied customers respond in this business.
I welcome this consumer to contact us directly if they are still seeking satisfaction. I do take criticism to heart, and it never sits well with me to have someone feel dissatisfied with my business. We certainly drop the ball from time to time and are only human, but we make every reasonable effort to ensure each customer receives the top quality service and goods they are entitled to. Take care

Not sure what this guy is upset about other than paperwork. I took the motorcycle class he is referring to and did not have any trouble with getting what was required or the veracity of the information I received in the class. Chauncey seems like a very likeable and reputable person and would recommend this class to anyone and have to a lot of my friends Personally, I think this has been posted by someone with a personal grudge against these men and it really doesn't belong in print.
