Right Size Funding This company refuses to take payments over the phone for loans. Making it impossible to have a current account Las Vegas Nevada
I have authorization to make payments on an account with this company. Their online payment website is not working. Calling in to make a payment, they not only charge an extra fee to do so. But also demand that a paper be signed to make a payment. I live in a different state, and have no access to get the paper signed and sent to them. This is something that they have just started. Previously they have taken the payment authorized by me over the phone. They claim that this will prevent the payment from being disputed, but the statement that all calls are being recorded would be legally binding. This company is highly questionable with their practices. Their employees are not only rude and unprofessional, but are also violating Nevada and Federal fair trade debt collection laws.
