Riley's Beacon Tire & Auto Repair Poor workmanship and incompetent mechanics Conway Arkansas
I had an engine rebuilt here last year and there has been one problem after another due to poor workmanship ever since. The engine itself worked ok but when they put it back in they smashed the transmission coolant line (causing transmission problems and subsequent replacement), broke off several other parts that have since had to be replaced, installed a faulty water pump that lasted on a short while, and generally damaged the vehicle. Upon contacting the owner of the business concerning this problem I was rudely informed it was none of his concern. I very strongly advise you to have nothing to do with any of this business' services. Total costs to cover the damage they did, in addition to their bill, exceeded $2000.
