i received my check i think dec. 7th. it cleared. i am still not giving up. i am out to get this company for what they have done to my credit and life...they know they are ripping people off and still continue to do so. they are setting up another company out of TX but still in AZ. i believe they are going to use another name as well..be aware!!!

WOW there are many more people on here since I've been here last - GOOD. There are two things we all need to do: 1. CALL THE FTC 1877-382-4357 Our only hope is the FTC - no other organization can assist us!! FLOOD them with calls weekly if possible...the web site forum will be a great source of information. I have yet to see my check. They are back to not answering the phones or emails. Not sure what to do..trying everything..contacting anyone who is recommended....I assume my money is gone but i will keep fighting.

I spoke with Hyla Stanton herself. She was not happy with what she was reading on I beleive this site and one other forum site. She said she cleaned house and apoligized for what has happened. I spoke on my behalf and explained my situation and she did not blame me for getting out. I was promised a second day mailed packet of information I requested as well as a cashiers check for my refund. I should receive that today...I will keep everyone posted.
