Rita's Cleaning Service She damaged new floors and new stainless steel appliances during cleaning process using Windex for all. North Canton Ohio
Rita is unreliable, unprofessional, rude person and has bad attitude. She did very bad job in which the whole experience was crappy, from the interaction with her to the cleaning itself. She changed the schedule few times. As result she came 2 weeks later and was late for 3 hours.
She spent 1.5 hours instead of 4. She vacuumed only half of the house “washed” the floor with one cloth using Windex that she sprayed floors with. She did not dust and did not touch the bathrooms. But she damaged new floors and new stainless steel appliances. They have very bad stains and spots now!
I tried to reach her by text and phone, but she never attempted to call me back! So I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I plan to follow up with the BBB as well as I do expect the damages to be addressed.
