RiteRug We bought new carpet padding deinstall old and install new and they installed new carpet over old padding Columbus Ohio
We paid over $6000 for them to remove the old carpet and padding and install new carpet and padding a few years ago, in many locations the new carpet became very dirty and had terrible orders within a year of being installed, we had it cleaned often tried everything we could think of and finally after years when we could afford to replace it again found out why. The installers did not remove the old carpet and padding in many locations they just installed new carpet over the old carpet and padding. We called them and their response was that was years ago you should have reported that before now. We would never have thought to tear up new carpet who would?
