RJM Acquisitions ripoff Unfair Collection for Debts already discharged in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Syosset New York
For the last two years, I have been disputing with credit bureaus especially EXPERIAN about this company. This company first sent me a collection letter in 2005. Then afterwards they entered an entry on my credit report for the debt of $1,798 with accrued charges from a debt which was discharged on my bankruptcy in 2003. It is suprising that upon researching on the internet that Fingerhut has something to do with this company. This is because I also have an account with Fingerhut but my account with Fingerhut is not being used and I do not have a balance owed. This has caused me great aggravation and stress as I a have living with a chronic illness the past 2 years.
