My daughter took her car in for service, because the check engine light kept coming on, and the car had recall item that need to be replace. My daughter and I dropped the car off in the morning and late that afternoon my daughter had to call them to see what was wrong with her. My daughter was told they are not sure what is wrong with the car, because diagnostic did not show anything and they are going to keep looking to find out what it is. Well the next day they call my daughter and tell her that there was something wrong with the low-trac and her throttle sensor had to be replaced. I am single mother and could not afford the low trac job since it was 500.00 but could do the throttle, which was 300.00.

So they supposedly fixed my daughters car. My daughter picked up her car and drove it home. I live about four miles away. My daughter noticed her was leaking fluid. She calls the service department and tells the car is leaking fluid. They advise to bring the car back. My daughter brings the car back and leaves it them to look at. I call the shop at talk with Don he tells me there is no leak, but he will have someone look at in the morning. I call the next morning talk with Don still no leak they are seeing anything.

Then a couple hours later, I get a call from daughter and they are telling her water pump has leak.

I call back and ask when did the water pump get a leak they had my daughters car for 3 days,

I have called and talked with service manager, Pam the customer service director, but Kurt the general manager what a joke he was. I asked to talk with Mr. Kline he stated he was out of the country. And why should he help me with my car, I did not buy the veh from them. He did nothing but yell and scream and me and said I was stupid women and then hung up on me. I went to RK Chevrolet and none of rude people or the head people wanted to talk with me. I talked me a manager name Scott in sales. He was nice.

He told that I would have to back the next day to talk with Tim the head person of all the service departments, because he just left. Now I had been then for over an hour now and the guy Tim who could have talked to me then, but a customer was not important enough to be heard.

My only question that I had and kept aking everybody is who can a car sit there for 3 days and never show a leak until your people mess with water pump and no one has answered this question or even apoligized for the rude service.

At first when I got the respone back from Tom Kline I did not respond back, I felt why bother if that is how his employess treat cust, I am sure is the same way. Well Mr. Kline kept calling trying to settle this matter. Finally he got a hold of my daughter and we agree to meet with him. I really did not want to, but my daughter said that it would hurt anything. I have say that today I met with Tom Kline and he was much different than what I accepted. He apoligized, listened (trully listen to what I had to say and how I felt). He fixed the problem. I was so far off on my judgement about him and I am glad that I listen to my daugther. I just knew that I would never use RK Chevorlet again for anything, but after dealing with Mr. Tom Kline I have changed my mind. Thank you very much for your assistance and truly listening.
