In april 21,2013,i attended this seminar about getting rid of your timeshare in one of the hotel here in san diego..
i was hesitant of joining but because of the discounted price of a $1000,00 off i finally convinced to joined. The price went down to
$2910.00 $1,500.00 down and the rest in istallment. Wanting to get rid of my hoa and get rid of the.property in diamond resort they. told me that they can help me to get this property out of my name as soon as i am current on my payment...wanting to to have them process this right away i paid the hoa in advance till april 2014. But everytime i called them they will always say that they are processing it. I didn't pay the hoa after that and i called diamond resort january 2015 and told me that i no longer own because of non payment of hoa. I called the rma And said they are still processing it..i even ask a lawyer to write a letter of demand for the fees paid for them and the paperworks i sent to them.but no response. in june 2015 i asked the same lawyer to write a letter of demand, and still no response.. Please help.
