I knew that I had a problem in the beginning when my bank manager didn't want me to file a police report. Finally she supposedly talked to the PD and gave them my info plus her's. The interview was finally conducted 1 Jun 06 with me waiting for a non-existence filing, it seems not only didn't she send my IC3 report, but misrepresented the whole thing as a bank error. Lesson: Even getting some money back does no good w/o a police report. Now the bank will have a formal complaint against it for unethical practices. Still haven't made connection with loan lender as front for these thieves or their move to Fl.

Nagging the bank with 12 CFR Part 205 Reg E and other citations I was able at least to recover the $21.95 and $31.00 NSF. The problem is I still have to proved that it was delibrite to recover the other overdrafts caused by this one entry. Also I'm going to nail these ... and shut them dowm. I'm getting close. Have been watching spam and junk mail. Also because of the info they will sale on me. I've reportted this as ID Theft just making them more responsible. I would suggest that if we all apply some heat we will nail them.

Use of CFR12 PART205 FED RESV SYS REG E was and still is hepfull to push this thing forward. One of my bank's officers get this info from a Ms Stollar (5/10/06 from loan officer email to me)[Customer signed up for a free trail on the website* using the following info information: Name*, address, social security number, routing number, checking account number.A confirmation email* was sent from Roadside Plus, along with a User ID* and Password. The custumers was also sent emails* (one with the activation infomand another seperarately) stating that he must cancel within 7 days or a {charge would post}* to his account.I hope this information helps Thank you,] As by now every knows that this is likey from a cashloan/payday advance loan web site. Getting how my *name is written on their record would narrow down the lenders sites. They are very specific on how they want your name written once they a have a record , ie Full Name, All Caps, with MI, ect. *User ID Password is lender site specific. *There are no such emails record in my CP,again all oof this still may part of my(your) lender agreement. *Finally the {charge would post}. I lived in England and this sounds familiar, maybe Canadian as with my first Comments
