I purchased dresses from roaman's they were too big. I returned the items and was told in an email from them that they received my return, on the 27th of June 2015. I was supposed to have received an email on June 30, telling me that the time had passed for me to receive a money refund but I would get a gift card. I cannot find the email from the with the email information. Christine sent me a copy of the email with the last four digits of the gift card number and the PIN I ws to use. I tried to place another order and was told by Bryan that was not a number I could use but what they had sent me and they no lionger had the number they issued and that my money was lost. One agent told me sorry you lost your money, another one said in June I could check with my stte to get unclaimed money.Bryan told me that is not true they never give money on merchanduse returned after ninety days only gift cards. They are telling me that they cannot find the gift card number that they issued to me. I asked can the accounting department find that the gift card was never used and issue me another card he said no. So I told him they were stealing my money. He said no but if I don't have the gift card number and PIN and they cannot give it to me or issue me another one that is stealing.

I told him the companyhas their merchandise and my money and no way for me to get it back in my book that is called stealing. I told hime $142.00 and some cents my not be a lot to them but it is my hard earned money and that means a lot to me.
