I am a Certified Massage Therapist who provides Therapeutic Massage Services to clients at their location (Mobile Massage). I was contacted by someone using the 410-487-5574 and the name Mike Albright (not sure of spelling). I told him that Glen Burnie/Curtis Bay was too far for me to go for a client as I am based out of Northern VA. I recognized the voice as someone who had called months before also requesting a massage in the same neighborhood and even asked if he had contacted me before. A question he did not answer.

For some reason, I did not listen to my intuition and I humored him by listening to him asking my fees and saying that he really needed a good therapeutic massage, mostly deep tissue, as he had various aches all over from driving all the time. He was practically begging so once he offered me double my fee, I accepted.

I arrived on time. It was definitely his home. I started the massage and he started making comments like calling me, "thong girl." I am assuming he watched me set up my table and my underwear must have been showing although I try to avoid such unprofessional occurences.

I started with him face down and did my usual deep tissue massage which he kept saying that he could not wait until I got to my soft touch part of the massage. I explained to him that he had contracted me for a deep tissue and that I did not do Soft Touch Therapy on anyone but elderly and oncology patients.

Once he turned over, he would not lie the proper way for a massage and kept his head propped up with one arm, constantly staring at me. I later went home and took a shower as his glaring at me made me feel violated. He kept telling me how great it felt when I did this, did that. I avoided any areas of his body that might be suggestive even when he asked again for soft touch,

Once the massage was complete, I was more than ready to get the heck out of there because he was freaking me out. I packed up all of my materials and took out one load to my car then returned for the second load. At that point, he said he had left his wallet in his car which was in a garage just a block away and he walked out with me. I did not notice that he locked the door behind him.

It started to rain so I said that I would wait in my car, and as I was walking down the stairs I slid (or was perhaps pushed) and cut my back and ended up with a badly bruised inner arm. He took a look at the back of my shirt and said, "Oh, there's no marks, you'll be fine." Only later, did I see the cut and the black from the guard rail all over my shirt and the bruises on my arm.

I waited in my car for a half an hour then I called the police. My intuition told me that he had sneaked back into his house from around back. The police knocked on his door but he did not answer.

He definitely did not have any honest intentions when it came to contracting me. I urge all massage therapists to stay far away from 1510 PLUM ST, CURTIS BAY/GLEN BURNIE/BALTIMORE, MD 21226.
