Rob Cheap Paint Rob, Robert .Robert Cambell, advertises in Seattle, Craigslist as professional painter. He is unlicensed, and liar, he gets deposit, and disapear. Tacoma Seattle Washington
Rob, Robert Joseph Cambell, advertises in Seattle, Craigslist classified as a professional painter, but he is unlicensed, and a very lousy painter and a liar. He will show up in a brand new vehicle to impress you. The vehicle will usually have dealer tags. He is black, with noticeable Jamaican, or Dominican Accent. If he comes to your location ask him for identification, he will get very agitated, and claim that his identification is “classified.” He will bid very high like a fully licensed contractor, but will not give you any paperwork.
He will also demand a deposit, usually half of his “bid.” if he does any kind of “labor.” He will then aggressively demand half of the bid, as a deposit, if you agree, you will never see him again. If he comes to your location, take his picture, get his driver license, and report him to the police.
He showed me a Florida driver License, but refuse for me to personally handle it. I was able to get the number after I told him he wasnt getting any money from me.
He refuse to provide me with any receipt, claiming that he "left them" on another vehicle. He signed a receipt that I personally have to create in my computer, he filled up the information with a bogus address, and nothing you could read, and when he signed in a couple of places, I notice the signature was different everytime he signed.
