It seems like there are alot of us out there that want to file a class action law suit against Robele. I know of a class action lawyer. I know that they work on a contingency fee, so it wouldn't cost anything until a settlement is reached and they take a percentage of the settlement. I have emailed him the details and he will get back to me when he returns from vacation next week. So hang in there everyone. How many of you are in?

I would be interested in organizing a class action lawsuit against Robele. What we need to do is prove that fraud has taken place, which as I understand it would then allow us to "pierce the corporate veil" and go after the personal assets of Robele's management team, e.g. David Schwartz, despite any corporate claim of bankruptcy. My Email address is [email protected]. Please contact me only if you're willing to pony up some money for an attorney. I don't know how much is involved but that's the only way it's going to work.

You want your money back? Do you want to see if you can also receive damages? Well you need to begin to decide how badly you really want to receive your money back and bring these LOLIFE- THIEFS to justice. 1st the best way is to file a PROOF OF CLAIM with the bankruptcy court. 2nd (probably best option if you all can get together as a big team)get an attorney involved. Her/His payment will be part of the settlement. YOU DECIDE! Cry about it, or do something! HINT: To get a group together, someone needs to create an email account, and everyone needs to communicate with each other through that email. Who is the leader to begin this process?
