Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I went to the 2 hour seminar with my husband - Tom Williams was the speaker - in March 07. Everything sounded to good to be true but we signed up for the 3 day training and took that in March. The training was okay with a lot of stories about what they had accomplished - a boat and a jet. That does not teach me about real estate.

During the training they repeatedly stated that if you had good credit you can get a hard money loan from lenders. I thought wow that would be great but that is not true. You must have LIQUID ASSETS to get any hard money loan. So therefore there was no way to get a hard money loan. They also talked us into the executive package which cost another $13000 and stated if we did not buy the package that we would not have a deal within 90 days. Now that was a SCAM. I received "software classes" where all the gentlemen did was tell me I was wrong on my numbers and didn't I have questions about real estate? He was to teach me to use this software and he did not - I learned it on my own. I ended up agruing with him more than anything else and 3 of the classes were about 5 minutes long.

Then the field mentoring came along - what a waste of money and time. After being told there were only going to be 10 - 20 people in class and we would have 1 instructor per group of 10 when actually we had about 30 people in the class. I was told there would be one on one time and that never happened. Also it was to be a real estate instructor from the Chicagoland area and they were from Florida. The bus trip we went on was to Plainfield & Joliet. All the homes were vacant and some of the homes were condemed. To have 30 people go through these condemed homes was utterly ridiculous. We also drove through a very bad area of Joliet and some of the people were terrified.

The next day they did not show us how to write up offers they only went over some of the software and then let us do whatever we wanted for the last 4-5 hours. I learned NOTHING new.

ESummit classes are not helpful and they dont' have anything that can further your education. I have never received anything about the JJ Childers class which was $2K.

I have had 4 contracts and have had to cancel them due to financing I have been told I can get and I CAN'T. I am trying to get a refund but have had no luck to date.
