Complaint Review: Robert Gandy - Houston Texas

 You have a report here about a Robert Gandy and when you read the Google description it reads my name, my company, and my wife's name. This is incorrect and wrong by your scam report. I will not mention our personal information as you have within a search in someone who clearly has been labeled as a scammer by your report. Do not include me, my wife, or my company as search engine topics for your scam article n other people. This is unfair business practices and we will sue unless removed. Expect a letter from my attorney if this has not been corrected within 72 hours. This is outrageous!!!

1. Of course Robert Gandy denies my statements, and of course it goes without saying that this has no bearing on their factuality.  Liars claim they don't lie.

2. It is a verifiable fact that Robert Gandy formerly did business as a mortgage broker under the business name Aifam Associates Equity, Inc. It is also a fact that "AIFAM" is "MAFIA" spelled backwards.

3. It is a verifiable fact that Robert Gandy has a criminal record that includes violent crime.

4. It is a fact that in the course of doing business with Robert Gandy my partner and I both witnessed his habitual use of fraud, manipulation, deception, and forgery in his financial transactions, both business and personal.

5. It is a fact that I have an axe to grind, justifiably so, and it is a fact that Robert Gandy is a career criminal who has victimized others besides me, as documented here (((link redacted))), here (((link redacted))), and here (((link redacted))).  He is a human predator and should be brought to justice.

6.  It is only my personal opinion, albeit based on comprehensive informal research, that he is a sociopath.  As far as I know he has not been diagnosed (which few sociopaths are).

So, sound-minded reader, in light of these facts I invite you to consider the following possibilities and make a judgment as to which one is more probable:

-Robert Gandy "adheres to high ethical standards of business" and always has, yet I popped up in this forum seven years later to defame him for no good reason and to no obvious personal benefit.

-Robert Gandy is a career criminal who was actively colluding with other crooked real estate professionals such as appraisers, real estate agents, and employees of banks and title companies to orchestrate fraudulent real estate transactions in 2006 and 2007, during a time when massive amounts of such activities were going on nationwide, giving rise to the subsequent subprime mortgage crisis.

Mr. Gandy denies the false allegations raised as unfounded, false, and defamation of character. Mr. Gandy only adheres to high ethical standards of business. Mr. Gandy certainly is not a murderer, robber or member of the mafia as alluded by the poster.  This poster is obviously very delusional and has an axe to grind. He appears to be the only loan wolf in the history of Mr. Gandy's career to make these false statements. In the ever changing world of the Internet anyone can be the target of false accusations without substantiating the allegations. There need to be new legislation introduced to prevent such attacks on the character of hard working professionals. This person has never done business with Pythagoras Group.
