This person-claims to be a expert in funding with contacts in the finance world that will fund various real estate ventures & projects with very little to no investment on your part. He is a fee chaser who requests money anywhere from $3,000 to $40,000 upfront as a good will gesture and pre-payment on his so called analysis to review the project and get it in front of his "lenders" The guy can't even spell let alone count or analyze. This so called funding expert is a man who works on his computer in his basement at home seeking out naive and desperate peole who are not able to get loans thru traditional lending institutions. He has already taken $20,000 from me-shame, and an additional $200,000 to $300,000 from others. He is a fake and a fraud who does not have either an education or job but is really a snake oil salesmen who preys upon people seeking his so called hedge fund money people. Stay CLEAR of this used car salemen as your money will be gone and you'll be left with only BS lip service and excuses from this scammer. Anonymous Washington, District of Columbia U.S.A.
