DO NOT HIRE!! Bob Kernaghan took money for a job and never returned, he is also avoiding phone calls made to him - cashed the check and NOTHING.
He is also currently being charged in Montgomery County, Pa with three felonies (nothing to do with me) Criminal docket # CP-46-CR-0004794-2015

Needless to say I was glad to see this in the newspaper, finally he is being legally being held accountable for scamming hard working people out of their money. A clip of his newspaper police brief "A permit check revealed Kernaghan was not licensed through Pennsylvania or Abington Township and insurance for his company had expired in December 2013, police said."
I'm posting this so nobody else gets scammed by this guy. Through the grapevine (his kids friends) he has a gambling problem! I guess playing table games and slots is more important then his business and reputation!
After reading this, please do not knowingly give your money to this crooked thief! I hope the family who he stole $27,400 get justice! He deserves whatever the court system decides.
