In regards to the comments being made about me, Jeff Kuri, the painting contractor for Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation by a Mr. Robert Prestwood III…first of all I do not even know who this person is or why he would say what he did in the comments below to damage not only myself but my business and reputation as well:

“The company is housed in an empty building and is not really in any business, other than to scam investors, creditors and employees out of money. The painting contractor who sent a month there said it is an empty building with nothing going on inside.”

THIS STATEMENT IS NOT TRUE. Let the record show that the Studios at Ubiquity are not empty. In fact I am called on a regular basis to provide painting services to their clients. I have the invoices and dates to back all of this up. To back my statement up I will tell you that I have changed and repainted the cyc walls in Studio 2 and Studio 3 multiple times for there clients including but not limited to: VISA BLACK CARD, FORMULA DRIFT, CHEVY, DICKIES, BODY GLOVE, THIRTY TWO BRAND, MONSTER ENERGY, MANDARIN ORIENTAL, SURFRIDER FOUNDATION, RINSE KIT, AVIIR. Ubiquity has also had live events in there facility, which I was in attendance for just in case they needed my painting services. The event was INTERNATIONAL SURF DAY a 3 day live network event. Also, I have been able to do touch up painting for when important guests are visiting, take tours of facility, etc. I was there when Jane Seymour and Jonathan Banks came in for interviews for a new network show they were doing which was pretty cool in my painting world.

So the cyber bullying of Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation and myself just needs to stop.

It has come to my attention somebody has posted UNTRUE statements about me and my former business partners & friends Chris Carmichael, Al Carmichael and Connie Jordan-Carmichael. My history with Chris goes back to when we went to college together and later we went on to have 3 very successful businesses together. I worked for Connie in 2000 and 2001 and while she is a tough/smart business women she paid me extremely well and was very generious and kind to my family. I have nothing but good things to say about her.

You quoted me in your previous article REMEMBER???? I am the painter and now you are admitting you don't even know me. You are not woth the money or the time it would take to proceed with legal action. You are just untruthful in all of your statements and everyone knows it. After reading all of the other RIPOFF REPORTS ON YOU it is very interesting to me that you owe numerous people money from all over the country, in fact there are so many bankruptcies in your name I can't even keep count.

The real sad part of this whole thing is that you (Robert M Prestwood), Steve Cox and your associates do not work or do anything ALL day but harrass and take advantage of innocent people. I work EVERYDAY in my painting business and make an honest living in my profession. I have built a strong reputation in my field of business and I am not going to let you ruin myself, my business or my business clients such as UBIQUITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION.
