Robert M. Prestwood III, is a known liar having been found guilty of Perjury in Orange county Superior court, he has also been found guilty of malicious prosecution. He has been deemed a “vexant litigant”. He touts himself as a “Real Estate Agent” or a “Mortgage Broker” although he does not have a valid Real Estate License, even sometimes as a business Broker, has been involved in all sorts of credit scams and even been debarred from selling aircraft parts. He has also been known to make false allegations against his creditors with government agencies like state and federal taxing authorities, drug enforcement, department of corporations and others in an attempt to tie his victims up in costly investigations to put them out of business in an effort to avoid paying his bills. He has even cheated and tortured his own family members some of whom ended up in jail as a result. He laughs at law enforcement and even enjoys the torture and terror he inflicts. He a serial non payer and has even destroyed property lost to creditors in lawsuits.
With an over thirty year history of bankruptcy’s and lawsuits and using false identity’s all over the world designed to thwart creditors, Robert Prestwood has taken to the internet to attempt to terrorize his creditors into submission. Making false allegations about individuals, companies he has cheated, and even makes allegations of bribery against the judges who rule against him.
He lists his victims in each report in an attempt to somehow tie them together or confuse the public at large. He stalks his victims like prey and is the true definition of a sociopath. He doesn’t worry about defamation or slander suits as that is just one more judgment against him he has no intention of paying.
Know this Robert Milton Prestwood is a deadbeat who uses terror to victimize his creditors stay away!

They run a group of companies including: UBIQUITY BROADCASTING, CUSTOM ENGINEERED PRODUCTS, XS NETWORK, INC., SKYTECH, 360,LLC., INTERNATIONAL APPERAL GROUP, INVISION HOLDINGS, LLC., UBIQUITY HOLDINGS, INVISION INVESTMENTS of COLUMBUS to name a few.
With this group of bogus companies and their minions the steal millions of dollars from: INVESTORS, VENDORS, EMPLOYEES,
and anyone they can for that matter.
There biggest cost of doing business is paying lawyers millions of dollars every year to sue investors, lawyers and people who expose their crimes. They also think by spending alll this money on lawyers it will keep them out of jail.
