I will have to agree with Bob, Robert is a crook to customers as well as his employees, avoid this shop

This vehicle came to me with an ac problem. We conected the presure guages and could see clearly that the low side presure was too high causing lack of cooling. We replace the compressor and the expansion valve and all related under warranty. The warranty company first of all does not pay us the going rate for this repair. The customer came back for his ac not coming on. We tried to pin point the problem several times and could not find the problem and for that I am sorry. However, the customer does not mention that we did not charge him or the warranty any more. In fact, I bought several new parts at MY EXSPENCE and put them on the car to try and solve the problem. Finally, I again am sorry for any inconvinience I caused but in no way ripped off anyone, I LOST MONEY ON THIS CAR..... Thanks, Robert
