I own a 2003 grand cherokee that had a problem with the ac blowing hot then cold then hot then cold continously i went to Roberts Automotive on Apache Trail in Apache Junction told them that i had an ac problem and what was going on they said they could fix it, also told them that i had a extended warranty so dropped it off the next day , it sat all day, that night the service mgr told me to come back in a couple of days that he's trying to get approval for a new ac system in which he got,, in which it didn't need, i am not a mechanic but i knew it was not a problem with the freon level or compressor, evaporator or parts under the hood,, after billing the warranty co for 1200 dollars and 10 trips back there ( not joking) they told me on the 10th day it was fixed that they had drove it 10-15 miles and it never acted up,, well i knew they were lying i checked the odometer before i dropped it off and the mileage never changed,,i took it to Arizona Desert Star Automotive in Apache Junction they called me in 4 hrs and told me it was the control panel 152 dollars later in was working great and has been ever since ROBERTS COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF NOT ONLY TO THE CUSTOMERS BUT TO WARRANTY COMPANIES ALSO

This vehicle came to me with an ac problem. We conected the presure guages and could see clearly that the low side presure was too high causing lack of cooling. We replace the compressor and the expansion valve and all related under warranty. The warranty company first of all does not pay us the going rate for this repair. The customer came back for his ac not coming on. We tried to pin point the problem several times and could not find the problem and for that I am sorry. However, the customer does not mention that we did not charge him or the warranty any more. In fact, I bought several new parts at MY EXSPENCE and put them on the car to try and solve the problem. Finally, I again am sorry for any inconvinience I caused but in no way ripped off anyone, I LOST MONEY ON THIS CAR..... Thanks, Robert
