I also had a negative experince with Robert's Camera. I ordered them to produce a 11x14 print for me. They said that it will be ready in 3 days, I left me information (including the phone number). On the 3rd day I come in for my print and they haven't even started working on it. I asked the snot-nosed kid about my print and he said that it will be ready in 10 minutes, so I waited. He began working on my print shortly. When I placed my order I asked specificaly that they wouldnt edit anything since I needed the print for my portfolio. As soon as the kid scanned the transperency he began to adjust the color, add exosure and crop the picture. I told him to stop and to leave it alone since I didnt requested any extra editing, so he did. The photo came out a little bit crooked on the top-left corner, the kid blamed it on the slide mounting. He printed the photograph on the plain/consumer photo paper and I had paid almost $20 for this lousy job. I will never use their services again so I bought myself a film processor and waiting for the film scanner and a wide-format printer. It will save me money and will make much better prints.
