Complaint Review: Robin Rogers Brooksville Florida - Brooksville Florida

 During the entire scuffle with Robin a friend or former friend of hers contacted me. Older gentleman from Florida. Said that robins contacted him as soon as she found cooper her Australian shepherd mating with her female German shepherd. She asked this man, what should I do? Terminate the litter? He said yes. She proceeded to sell them off as pure bread German shelherds with pedigrees and all. This man went on to say that this isn't the first unethical practice by this woman. After over a year of her blocking me and not returning my emails, out of the blue I got a refund check. I was hesitant to cash it,but to my surprise it was legitimate. Today, I get another random message. Almost a year since all this craziness ended. The message is from a man who trains German shelherds as service dogs. She did it again!!!!! Said that the dogs he got from her had fake pedigrees and was saying they were from some very famous blood lines!!! Lies lies lies. I don't care what the person said to my response on here, in support of robin (probably robin herself) bit STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN AND HER SH** DOGS!!!!!

 Robin never gets back with me in a timely manner. When she does she is short, and quite frankly rude. I've been respectful but quite clear that I'm angry about this and her lack if commitment to the problem at hand. The DNA test takes 8 weeks, got it. But why wouldn't she have requested Brock's DNA when I submitted my dogs DNA kit? That's crap! She said twice that she sent off coppers DNA then when I asked about it months later she said she never sent it off. I told her to keep 150 bucks out of the 1200 she got for this mixed dog. The deal was for a pure bred male pic of the litter not what I got. My 4 children are attached to him and I'm not giving this dog away. You can buy a mix dog for 150 along the road anywhere so that's the offer. Bottom line she has sand bagged for a long time and is rude now. Any other breeder would have refunded or given me a dog bc that's what I paid for. I've got all my documentation and lawyer (in Florida) standing by so don't get that lip flapping when you only have one side and clearly you are biased. How is it that as soon as this came to ahead she wouldn't answer her phone and deleted my from her social media personal as well as her business account. Fishy!? Either she give me what I paid for or she give me $1050 back. That's fair! She said give my dog up and she'll give me a new puppy or my money back. My question is, what will she do with my dog? She has no use for him! And that won't happen bcy family is attached to him, he is apart of our family. And for her to hold that against us is poor business practice!

 robin is not a bad breeder her dogs are phenomenal. She told the truth and I too owned one of those puppies in question, I have since placed puppy in a permanent home. It was an accidental breeding with Copper & she is trying to make it right, but with DNA it takes a little time, she will do the comparison as soon as stud owner releases permission to akc. Harassing her and texting and calling at all hours doesn't help.. She's been very sick. She's a God fearing woman and would never hurt anyone. Her dogs are all purebred I've bought dogs from her. I understand being frustrated and upset but she agreed to refund half the money and let you keep puppy upon DNA comparison. I'm only on here to let everyone know you carried the situation way too far by filing a bogus complaint. Anyone that knows her and bought dogs from her will verify everything I've just stated. I'd have blocked you too if you harassed me after I've explained the process of resolution to you over & over. Tell the other side of the story that you are being impatient and unreasonable, she does not own other male Brock, so akc cannot give her anything on him to compare to your puppy she's waiting on it now just like you are. It was an unfortunate mistake, that's all nothing more. There's no bait n switch. I have no reason to lie to anyone about this matter I just know first hand all of what's going on because I too owned one of the pups. I'd buy from her before most around. It was just an accident people & she's trying to resolve but being harassed and treated rudely and badly over a situation that is out of her hands until sire Brocks owner releases permission for Brocks Genotype.
