My son plays a game on a website at www.roblox.com. I have purchased Lifetime Builders Club on my son's account "Drazo***". On August 9, 2010, they have deleted my account by a mistake, but will not return it no matter how much I explain to them. My computer was attacked by an IP fraud, and they have used multiple purchases on the site www.roblox.com using their accounts runeboost and wizard101boost using my IP, to make it look like I was the culprit. After that, I have received a note from the moderator of the game saying that my son's account have been deleted due to unauthorized card spending. Now the Roblox Corporation thinks that I am the culprit just because of my IP. The IP fraud case was solved, but I would like my account that I have spent over $300.00 on to return. How would they delete my account when the accounts runeboost and wizard101boost are separate accounts from my son's Drazonix. I would like to recieve help from ripoffreport to contact [email protected], 888-858-2569, at www.roblox.com and tell them to return my son's account Drazo***, and explain to them how the culprit's accounts was mixed up with my IP in order to get my son's account deleted. If not, please return my money. (I recommend convincing them to return my son's account "Drazo***", for that is an upgraded account). The roblox customer support always blocks me whenever I try to call, or e-mail them. Please contact Roblox Corporation by e-mail ([email protected]), or phone (888-858-2569)
