I heard about Sprint phones being flashed to Boost mobile. I watched some of Robostars reviews on Youtube and was impressed. I then went on to their website, contacted them concerning cost of multi flashes then, mailed the phones {2 brand new Samsung s2 Galaxy's Epic 4G touch} on July 9, 2012. As their website stated; phones are flashed within 1-3 days and ships back to you. Postal delivery confirmation showed my phones were indeed delivered to the PO BOX on their website for mail in flashes on July 11, 2012. One of the phones was and existing account so when they flashed it the phone that I was currently using went off on Saturday July 14, 2012. I'm all excited now hoping to have my phones shipped back to me the following week. After about mid week no phones came in mail I became concerned and made an attempt to contact Robostars by phone @ 305-814-3969 inquiring order status..no response. So after another day went by and still no phones, I made more attempts to contact Robostars by calling, texting and emailing; all failed attempts NO RESPONSE. It has now been two weeks and a day, I have absolutely no phone & the second phone was my child's phone so, imagine a child being disappopinted. I was also diagnosed with breast cancer and undergone numersous surgeries, 2 type chemo's and radiation treatment everyday with at several medications taken daily. These people at Robostars do not care about their customers nor the circumstances customers may have. Everyone isn't able to get up and go to a job everyday yet alone operate a business, meaning every person's financial status maybe different but RESPECT EACH CUSTOMERS MONEY. Robostars doesn't know about my health issues and how vital my phone was to me. Now being disabled due my illness, I can not afford 2 more phones. I STRONGLY ADVISE anyone to NOT do business with this business..they will take your phone(s), your money and not return them. **If you or someone you know been ripped-off by Robostars as I have; contact the Miami-Dade County Police Dept as well the FLORIDA and your local states Attorney Generals office.
