I subscribed to Robotreply Autoresponder on April 9 with no problem at all. The responder was working fine without any problems at all.

I then subscribed to a service they had called salesbot. It was an ad tracking program that could help increase sales by letting me know when someone clicked on my ad, when that happens the prospect on the other end will see a chat box with a welcome text by me, asking them if they had any questions to just let me know.

The program had some issues that support, who never really answered my questions except for once said that their programmers was checking on it, I then replied back to support and they never answered.

After several days I immediately cancelled my subscription through paypal and requested a refund for it. No one replied at all.

The next day when I tried logging in to my Robotreply account the website was missing, then I got this email:

Hello Norman,

A reply from the customer service has been posted to your support ticket: "Refund my account".

Response Posted:

Hello Norman,

We have recieved your ticket and it has also been passed to the technical team to fix the URL tracking stats.I am sorry it is taking time... Please bear with us.

Then not to long after I got that email I received this email:

O.K, Since this happened I figure I give them a few days to work things out. Apparently still nothing.

I Then sent this email for a refund with no reply still even till this day as I write this!

Hi Bob,

I have contacted support from Robot reply and The SalesBot reqesting a refund and still have got no reply at all. I remember seeing this email so I figured I ask you what is going on.

The Salesbot never really worked before going offline and couldn't leave a support message on the main customer service site for salesbot and still no reply.

I also left a support ticket that still didn't answer. All I'm asking is my full refund to user id:

I really don't think doing Business with this Company is worth your money, they can't even take care of their existing customers.
