Rock Bottom Golf Bad Business, Sells Used Products as New and Threatens Customers Internet / Ebay
Rock Bottom Golf has been suspected of recieving used products and marketing them as new. This has been reported multiple times yet the company fails to cease such practice. This happens when products are purchased off the company's ebay auctions as well as their web site.
Additionally, when a customer leaves negative feedback on ebay, Rock Bottom Golf responds by threatening to leave "counter" negative feedback on the customer unless it is removed. Essentially, the reason the company has little negative feedback on Ebay is because the threaten the customer with negative feedback and they even threaten a permant ban on the customers account. (they actually write customers telling them that they will ban them from ebay unless they remove their negative feedback.) Most people withdraw their negative feedback which allows the company to mantain an appearance of "positive customer relations."
Do not purchase any product from this company until further legal action has been taken. This is bad buisness practice and goes against the capatalistic values we care about in this country.
I write this as a representative of multiple unsatisified customers afraid of being "banned" from ebay.
