Rock Tops Granite - Mike Warren - Dan Ripped OFF O'fallon Missouri
I read in horror the listings on "Ripped off" accounts of Rock Tops Granite. I could not believe the same thing was happening to me. I have deal with many companies and this is the first time that I have run across a company that completly disregards customer satisfaction. It all began when I was remodeling my home. My agent recommended this company from an adv they were running in a local paper. I visited the show room and the rep seemed friendly and nice- I choose about $5k of granite and it was to be installed the week before Thanksgiving. well that deadline came and went. I called repeatedly and they simply ignored my calls. The terms called for paid in full before scheduling, I thought that was a bit odd but after looking them up on the internet, they appeared ok , so I gave them my credit card to charge the material and labor. They did deliver my kitchen counter tops and it was installed properly, but they mis-measured my bath vanities and had to reorder. I tried calling the store many times no answer. I finally got the manager in Michigan and he promised quick action. Finally they were supposed to install on the 23rd of December- after promising to be here the week of Thanksgiving. I read the same story over and over in Rip-Off.com
I wish I had read it before I gave them my money- be warned!! I am contacting the State Attorney Generals office for action on this. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!! Merry Christmas

I have heard that about 25 people or more have been ripped off by this company here in St louis. I believe that your granite maybe in fact at the store location in O"Fallon, Mo. You have a small window of opportunity to go out there and pick up your granite tops you paid for. I am not sure about the sink or bowl inventory. There may or may not be any left. If you were scheduled for install in the last two weeks you may have a prayer left. Other wise your SOL. I thought I was old and wise enough to not get ripped off. Lesson learned- once again- NEVER- Never!!!! pay the full price until after you have installation and are completely satisfied. I should have realized this weeks ago when I was getting the run around from Dan Faron and Mike Warren. The two "shisters" that were running this location. Please contact your local police and inform them of your rip off, also please contact the State Attorney General and give them the names of the principle owners- they are listed in one of the "Rip Off" blogs here. Keep your reciepts as proof of purchase along with any documents you might have. Also sit down and write out to the best of your recollections any and all conversations you had with the two dirt bags managing this location. That can be used in court. Best of luck.
