Rockwood Select Asset Investment Fund XI (6) - 1 LLC is owned by Dan Purjes who has places in Vermont, New Jersey and Utah. He is a commercial real estate lender who is actually in the Loan-To-Own business. His primary purpose is to loan you money and foreclose on your property as fast as he is able to.
Purjes will claim he only wants to be paid. In reality he will do everything to stop you from paying his loan off. He will commence this process at the closing of the loan when he will change the loan you have committed to, to a loan that is entirely different from your agreeemnt. The loan presented will be decidedly advantageous to Purjes not you the borrower. If you complain he will tell you it is this or nothing. RUN, RUN as fast as you can to the nearest exit.
DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THIS MAN OR ROCKWOOD. He is dishonest, he will steal you property by using his staff to commit fraud, forgery, intimidation and a host of other devilish acts.
Purjes and his employees are very dangerous and everyone should be very scared of doing any business with him. You will lose your money and you could be hurt.
