Rocky mountain truck center Shotty repair, only made it 43.9 miles from their shop.. Little america Wyoming
Took my truck there because they were the closest shop when my wheel bearing started to go out. 10am They told me they would get to me in a couple hours. They didn't try until 7pm and then they just walked up to me and told me they aren't able to look at it and once the parts i ordered(cause they didn't try to look into it) come in they will tear it apart. Once the parts came in they found out that more parts were needed. I had to order those as well and overnight them. The next day they got the vehicle together at about 10:30pm and we drove it 43.9 miles and then it broke down with the bearing breaking. We towed it back to them and they are telling us that we need to pay them more money cause the parts we just bought went bad, bearings bad after 44 miles.. bad enough to make the vehicle tire lean out. We are out lots of time, lost out shipment and likely contract, had to stay in their area of the country an extra 6 days so far in hotels, the tow and now these new parts. Contacting their corporation to resolve the issue as well as my lawyer.
