Roduve Healthcare Solutions Slimpatch 6 mnth supply was ordered on 11/28/10 never received product, have emailed and called, no response, Internet
As of yet 01/03/11 I have not received my Slimweight patches. The money has been debited to my credit card as of 11/29/10.
I have contacted your customer support who told me to get back to them, I sent an email to your customer support dept, I have not received any response.
As you can imagine I am VERY dissatisfiedwith the customer support group. The ad states that a rep will get back to you w/in 24 hours. I understandwith the holidays thatthey may not have been working.But it has been well over 24 hours. I have tried calling the number that was on theRipoff Report from another unsatisfiedcustomer but there was no answer, I am beginning to think that this company is bogus.
I am very interested in trying the product if it is for real.I need to have some kind of contact w/your sales rep to get this matter cleared up.
I my product overnighted to me atYOUR EXPENSE.
