Roger Gluckleder Astromart Pulls a fast one Auction buyers beware Internet
Astromart has gone to far...I was bidding on a telescope and called them to ask about the shipping cost. They quoted me 300-350 dollars.. O.K. I continued in the auction and won..When I went to pay they told me shipping would be 450 dollars, a completely unreasonable amount. I explained I had called and was quoted 300-350 days before the auction ended and Herb York was completely unreasonable and rude.. He just with out cause or any discussion to come to a common ground band me from the site.
I was a member with outstanding feedback for over 15 years. This guy is something else.
Anyone dealing on Astromart will have a good view of it until you have to deal with Herb, his store and his mean nature. I believe the final price for the scope was to low for Herb.. He would not even give me a shipping quote if he had I might have payed it.
