If you need to experience being a victim of lies and scam tactics, then go to ROKU, and you will absolutely get kicked in the face for believing them!  Back on August 23, 2010, I joined their "Refer-a-Friend" program, which promised a $8.99 credit toward Netflix.  I never received it.  Five phone calls later, and the same B.S., they "apologize," they will "send a priority email," etc.  Is it any wonder that Americans hate talking to these types of people?  I've been jerked around by many people before, but when it comes to slinging the B.S. and backing out of fulfillment agreements, these foreigners take top honors.

To intentionally lead someone into a scam, for the purpose of gaining a sale for a $99.00 box that probably cost them $5.00 to manufacture, shows how desperate they are to keep up with Vudu, Amazon, etc.  If you want a Blue-Ray DVD player, or any other type that offers Internet WiFi, to take advantage of Netflix, buy it as a combo unit (with Internet WiFi built-in), but NOT as a separate unit through ROKU.  The combo unit will do the same thing, and you will be supporting a company run by ethical people, unlike these junk b**tards.
