I called Roland J Down because my condenser wouldn't come on. When the technician arrived, he spent 40 minutes shuffling from the condenser to my fuse box and said that I had a short. He then pronounced it "unfixable" and said that he had set up an appointment with sales for me later that day. When the sales rep arrived, she tried to get me to sign up for $ 212/mo. for TEN YEARS for a Lenox condenser with heat pump unit in their "Advantage" program. I refused to sign that day. A day later, J&J Comfort came and said that all that was wrong with my condenser was "CROSSED WIRES"! I am a single white female over 65. How many people has Roland J Down taken advantage of because they didn't get a second opinion? This company is scary!
