Romance Pros Services Not Being Provided as the Contract States Tampa Florida
I was contacted in April 2008 by Romance Pros also. I went for an interview and made a huge mistake and signed with them. To date I have had 3 dates arranged. They have not met what I have requested which was to be a Professional as I am a nurse. They were overweight which I did not request and one did not even have a full mouth of teeth. The contract stated a minimum of ONE a month would be arranged which is not the case. I am elderly and cannot afford to lose the money I have charged. I know, stupid I guess but I am a trusting person. I have requested my money back and was told no. The last date they attempted to arrange was a married man! I told them no. I have searched the Internet to find them in Texas and there is no information available to contact them. I also Emailed AARP and they have not helped either. I do not know what to do. If there is anyone who could help me I would appreciate it.

Hi Lilly, It appears as though we are the only ones who can help you in this situation, as everyone else seems to agree that we have not done anything wrong. You have apparently tried many different methods to get someone to listen to your story and/or side with you. You have even attempted to receive your money back through your credit card company. However, we just received notification from them that they have decided to rule in our favor. What does this tell you, Lilly? As we've previously mentioned to you before, we have done everything we have promised to you thus far. We have explained to you many times that we want to help you and we are here for you! We do not want you to give up on finding someone! We tried to explain that this is a process and it's important to be patient and positive. The men we matched you with were very compatible with you according to your profiles. If you weren't attracted to them or didn't feel a spark, that's okay! You just have to continue providing constructive feedback so we can refine our search for you. We asked you most recently if you would be interested in meeting someone who is legally separated and seeking a divorce. You had first agreed to meet him, but then changed your mind. Just because he is separated doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to find someone too! We would like to continue working with you and helping you find someone special to share your life with. You came to us for a reason and that reason was because the other avenues you have used in the past to meet someone have not been working. We are professionals and have been doing this a long time. We receive wonderful, positive feedback on a daily basis and we help many people find great relationships. We want you to be one of our success stories. We're still here if you decide not to give up.
