Beware of Ron Termechi, he is not who he appears to be!! He still owes me thousands of dollars in back wages and overtime. He had me illegally drive him around in a car with no insurance while he smoked lot and snorted cocaine in the backseat! He is an extreme abuser verbally and of the California State Labor Laws. He constantly made me work overtime without paying me resulting in a wage less than minimum wage!! Do not do business with this guy he is going to ruin Melrose Bakery Company with his abusive nature and drug addiction!! I saw him on several occasions abuse women. Stay away from this guy at all costs!!!

We were grown men about the situation and we worked it out. AS soon as he sees this positive update he said he'd give me 5/6 of the money he owes me. I'll leave another update after the transaction goes through to let everyone know how positive that is. Cooler heads prevailed. Ron is not a drug addict.

In ten years of doing business and running a company with 40 plus have I not seen a worst employee ever. If you see this guy whom by the way has a really bad stench asking for job turn around and run. He is crazy and thinks people are talking to him even though the room is empty. Becareful do not hire this man consider the source and his spelling, grammar. Offered him a job as a driver and caused two accident in one month, stole money from my credit card, and constantly was late. Be weary of this man MARK LAWRENCE, do not hire him. Please judge for yourself where the source of this complaint is coming from a man whom is nearly homeless, living with over 50 cats, no wonder he constantly smelled. Needed a bottle of Axe men's deoderent just to stay within a ten square feet of him, I am not joking. If he contacts you via craigslist or for anything it is wise to just turn the othe cheek. in a month of work he cost me over 4k in damages not to mention a stench that did not leave my vehicle for over 10 days after getting rid of him. Claims to be Marine trained but I am 100% sure that if he was in the Marines and smelt that bad he would be rocked every single night. EWWWW becareful. Look at my companies repuation online an my employees that have been with me for over half decade, and consider the source of the complaint. Mark Lawrence is a scam artist and the laziest employee in over a decade of my business.
