On or about the 12th of June My business partner and I met with Ronald Eaton at Houstons Restaurant to discuss his credit repair services. A trusted friend named Stephan or Unk recommended Ronald. At the meeting Ronald guaranteed to repair our credit in 30 to 60 days and assist in underwriting a business loan for us. The cost of is service was $5000 for both of us in which he agreed to take a $2500 deposit to be paid by bank draft. On July 5th 2012 I transferred $2500 to Mr. Eatons account. After almost 4 months of stalling and excuses Mr. Eaton stopped answering is phone and now accuses me of harassing him because I am asking for a full refund. Mr. Eaton not only stole my money but he has wasted my time. The only reason for contracting his company was because time was of the essence. I am asking the court to rule a judgment in my favor for the maximum allowed or $5000 whichever is greater. Mr. Eatons Theft by deception have caused me a lot of grief and prevented me from utilizing other credit services that would have helped me secure a loan for my business.
At this time his whereabouts are unknown seems that all the numbers on his business card are non working and his website
http://amazingcreditresults .com is as phony. The address on his business card is 450 Stonewall St Suite 302 Atlanta. 30313. Cell 404-668-0572 Business fax 404-521-0900-email [email protected]. Mr. Eaton is a black male approximately. 35 years old 5 foot 8 with a slim build.
Mr.. Eaton is often traveling therefore I will need the courts help in locating him to serve him with the suit. I believe Mr. Eaton is
a criminal and he is using this company as a front to deceive people. Here is additional information on his company from the
Georgia secretary of state website. I pray that the court can assist me in this matter and prevent Mr. Eaton from deceiving anyone else out of their hard earned money

I would like to say to the young lady who was pleased with Ron. You were lucky? I was not the one who Ron scammed but he did it to a relative. I just want to say that we are going to the Local News to let the GA area know is scam. So watch the NEWs to that you all can contact the NEWS. If you like to please beat us to the NEWS.
He has a son and a daughter. He took my relatives money around the time he owed Child Support. Ron little do you know that GOD loves individuals like you.
What goes around comes around. It will come back on your health, your family and anything related to you. WHAT YOU DO COMES BACK AT YOU. When you least expect it. Trust me you gonna get yours. I also know he has family in DC. His time is going to run out.
Also you can clear your credit up for at least $300 never more. If you contact the credit Bureaus they will tell you to never pay anyone to fix your credit. In most cases its a fraud. It happened to me in California. I was able to go to the Attorney General Office in that State.
Les's all get together a file a case with the FCC, Attorney General office in Atl, GA. The State of Georgia where he is licensed and last contact the NEWS. I know he is out here still ripping people off.

Hello im writing this message with a reply to the allegations Made about Mr.Ronald Eaton.Although im very sorry for your experience with Mr.Eaton,i must express the complete opposite experience with him.From day one Mr.Eaton had been very honest with me.The only thing I could aggree with is his constant travel,due to his business nature.However he makes himself very available to me when necessary.Although im not privleged to all the details of your arrangement nor agreement,I do know if a person studys your allegations they in turn look very questionable.Facts are very important not emotion when it comes to slander and being truthful.I couldnt allow this to be out there and as client of his not reply.My experience has been a very professional,compassonate however thruthful one.I hope things improve for you in the meanwhile again wanted to definetly support these alligations with my personal experience which hasnt been anything close..
