Do not trust this guy as far as you can throw him he will lie to you and act like he is doing you a favor
he treats people like he is below him and tells everyone he is rich (he is far from that)he cant even pay his bills he owes a bunch of people money he promises them the world and is always working on getting you money in 2 weeks then hill tell you next month and try and have people do more work and nothing ever happens,he is nothing but a slum lord making money off the homeless aand my experience being there he has contractors do a bunch of work and he never pays them either. i dont know how this guy gets away with screwing people but he needs to be stoped!!!Enough is enough....
Do not trust this guys word it means nothing!!!!!

The person that originated the report against Rooming Inc, presented himself as a licensed contractor and was awarded a contracting job that would have made available 20 + rooms for homeless people. This person started the work but did not finish the job.
The city of Glendale exposed him as unlicensed and forced Rooming Inc to abandon the work and has since condemed the building. This person then filed a lawsuit in court against Rooming Inc for failure to pay and because he was performing work that required a valid contractors license and he did not have a valid license was arrested and ordered to pay any money paid to him by Rooming Inc.
The end result is that this building is still uninhabitable so Rooming Inc cannot take more people off the streets and Rooming Inc has continued to pay the monthly mortgage for a vacant building. And last Rooming Inc heard this person was still in jail. Instead of win-win, this is a lose-lose and then he has the audacity to post that jibberish about Rooming Inc.?
Our Mission is to end homelessness in America and with this building uninhabitable, it continues to eat away at our operating capital instead of adding to our operating capital.

Rooming Inc is a non profit organization that is working to end homelessness in America. Rooming Inc provides a way for people to help themselves and each other.
Rooming Inc achieves this by providing basic necessities for homeless or helpless people; such as adequate shelter, food, clothing, hygenic needs, and personal safety. Rooming Inc works with destitute people to reintegrate them back into society by first providing for their basic needs.
Rooming Inc is located in central Phoenix and because of its non profit status can offer tax incentives for individuals and companies through their donation of time and services. Donations to non profits benefit the communities that they serve and is another way to help those in need instead of being paid dollars for their services.
