I signed up for a 3-day subscription to Roomster.com for 5.95. I have, without my consent, been charged 3 recurring payments of 29.95 since then. When I tried to contact Roomster customer service to dispute these payments, the site wouldn't let me access that information unless I "reactivated my profile" AKA give them more money. They literally have a tab called "24/7 support" which, when clicked on, redirected to the page that says nothing except "Your profile is disabled" with a button below that says "Reactivate my Profile". Sneaky, slippery bastards. They've made it so that there is no way I can contact anyone at this company to get a refund or at least complain, (without paying more money) because they know a lot of people would.
