I placed a call to the CEO of Roomster.net. He did contact me back and I will be given a partial refund. He was very upset with my report on Rip-Off. Roomster.net claims I did not terminate my membership or that I just thought I dd. They informed me that they had checked their logs. Although Roomster.net and I may not agree on the issues. I respect that they care about their customer service delivery and looked into my claim. I believe that Roomster.net treated me fairly and I am pleased with the outcome.
