The use deceptive business practices. You cancel on their site and your membership lives on. So does the billing. They claim if you downgrade from their preium membership you can keep your account free of charge. there is nothing free about it!

I placed a call to the CEO of Roomster.net. He did contact me back and I will be given a partial refund. He was very upset with my report on Rip-Off. Roomster.net claims I did not terminate my membership or that I just thought I dd. They informed me that they had checked their logs. Although Roomster.net and I may not agree on the issues. I respect that they care about their customer service delivery and looked into my claim. I believe that Roomster.net treated me fairly and I am pleased with the outcome.
