Rooted in Wellness Brandyn Miller Kept my money for unused sessions after he was arrested for indecent exposure. Jacksonville NC
I had paid for a 12 pack and used only 3 of the 12 when Brandyn Miller was arrested on many counts of indecent exposure. Most of the therapists (13) of them walked out.
I called and asked for a refund of the amount and he said it was "assumed we lost our money when we canceled". My therapist has gone elsewhere and I go to her regularly.
I wrote him a certified letter with a spreadsheet of all my visits along with the amount he owed me. Hav never heard from him.
