Rosary Crown Investments, Rosary Crown Investment Is in Violation of Binding Agreement to find funding for a Indie Film. Hollywood California
Rosario Lopez and her partner Gerald Jackson assured me that they were a legitimate business and operation. They both stated they already had investors lined up to fund my film. They provided NDCD a contract which promised the return of my funds if no funding was found.
After checking online for any adverse remarks about the company and finding noting I agreed to do busness with the two. Howver, I continued to check up on them and came across these reports and immediately requested a refund.
I allowed a lawyer to look at the terms of the agreement and I am covered and she is liable. I will be taking Ms. Lopez and Mr. Jackson to court and I will be filing a police report, and a report to the brokers union.
