How can I be a competitor. I am just upset at being ripped off. I hardly ever sell on ebay these days.  Riki is cyber bullying me.  She is a very smooth talker who simply avoids the real issue by lashing out and talking about things that are not directly relevant.  I am mot interested iin destroying her business as she says.  I simply want to testify as to what happened to me and to warn others to always get things tested after buying them. I also now iknow that buyiing on ebay via paypal is the very safest way to buy.  Going to other sites is risky.

Her offers of a refund come only with qualifications that i cannot meet!  Please see Review Talks for a complaint from another buyer.

HI I WAS ADVISED AS FROM TODAY TO NO LONGER CONTACT THIS PERSON BUT I HAD TO RESPOND TO HER FURTHER CYBER ATTACKS.

TODAY SHE WROTE THE FOLLOWING

MISUNDERSTANDING OF USE OF A PHOTO?? THATS NOT TRUE..YOU USED LOTS OF MY PHOTOS AND MY DESCRIPTIONS.. I HAVE PROOF OF THIS AND HAVE ALL THEM ON FILE.. SO ONE PHOTO?? PLEASE.. THAT IS SUCH A BLATANT UNTRUTH .!!!!!!

AND I JUST CHECKED YOUR USER ID AND IT APPEARS YOU WERE PROBABLY STILL USING MY TITLES IN 2011.

LONG AFTER I HAD BLOCKED YOU.. I CANT SEE THE DESCRIPTIONS BUT I AM GUESSING PART OR ALL OF THE CONTENT THAT I WROTE MYSELF MAY HAVE ALSO BEEN USED...BUT I WOULD NEED TO CONFIRM THE CONTENT WITH THE COMPANY IT WAS LISTED WITH

BUT THIS BUYER FAILS TO MENTION THE FOLLOWING ...   I SOLD AN ITEM TO HER ONCE.. AND A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF MINE ASKED IF SHE COULD BUY IT FROM ME ( OR ONE SIMILAR ) FOR $200 ..IT SOLD TO YOU FOR $100  APP.. SO I HAD ANOTHER ONE ALMOST IDENTICAL AND SHE WANTED TO BUY ONLY FROM ME ..NOONE ELSE .... BUT like an idiot .. I TRIED TO HELP ROS WITH HER BUSINESS AND  I TOLD MY CUSTOMER THAT ROSMYS WOULD SELL IT TO HER FOR $200.. AND I GOT HER DOUBLE HER MONEY SHE HAD TO DO NOTHING FOR IT AND I POSTED THE ITEM TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!! REMEMBER THAT?????  I WAS TRYING TO HELP YOUR NEW VENTURE.

SO THAT SHOWS MY INTEGRITY AS A SELLER.. MOST OF MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS ARE GOOD FRIENDS NOW..AND SOME HAVE BEEN WITH ME FOR 7 YEARS..IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN CONFIRMING THIS . THEY CAN GO TO MY WEBSITE LATER TODAY.. AND I  CAN ALSO SUPPLY A LIST OF SATISIFED LONG TERM CUSTOMERS THAT WOULD BE WILLING TO SPEAK UP FOR MY HONESTY AND INTEGRITY AND EXCELLENT SERVICE AS A SELLER list ""

YOU HAVE ALSO STATED I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS POCKET WATCH??? THATS A HUGE UNTRUTH AS WELL I HAVE DOCUMENTATION PRINTED OFF REGARDING THAT BELOW. PLEASE READ: 

I EMAILED YOU TWO DAYS AGO THREE TIMES.. AS I WAS SO EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED AND DRAINED BY YOUR TERRIBLE CYBERBULLYING ..AS I PRIDE MYSELF IN MY EXCELLENT BUSINESS REPUTATION.. THAT I RELUCTANTLY DECIDED TO OFFER A FULL REFUND EVEN THOUGH I KNOW I HAD OFFERED THIS AT A FAIR PRICE. I SELL MAINLY ANTIQUES AND NOT ONLY THE VALUE IN THEIR CONSTRUCTION BUT ITS THEIR HISTORICAL VALUE AND RARITY..  YOU WERE GETTING SO GREEDY WITH ALL THE PROFIT YOU WERE MAKING YOU WANTED TO GRAB ANYTHING FROM ME. 

 I DONT EVEN HAVE A COPY OF THE EMAIL I SENT YOU REGARDING THE SALE OF IT... IT WAS A PRIVATE POCKET WATCH OF MINE AND I WOULD HAVE SAID GOLD CASED.. WHICH MOST OF THESE WERE.. IT PROBABLY WEIGHS AAROUND 40 - 50 GRAMS.. AND IF THAT WERE ALL SOLID GOLD IT WOULD HAVE A SCRAP VALUE OF 2000 DOLLARS APP YOU BOUGHT THE ITEM 2 YEARS AGO .AND YOU BOUGHT IT AND THE ANTIQUE CHAIN FOR $600 .. . I TRY TO BE GOOD TO MY CUSTOMERS BUT THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A RIDICULOUS SALE FOR MY BUSINESS...  AND I GAVE YOU AN ANTIQUE CHAIN WITH IT.. AS A GIFT. BUT THATS PROBABLY GONE.. I GAVE YOU A FEW GIFTS FROM MEMORY.. AS I DO WITH ALL MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS.

HOWEVER THE BOTTOM LINE IS .. REGARDING THE RELUCTANT REFUND OFFER .. YOU DID NOT RESPOND. AT ALL... SO TO MY MIND THAT SHOWS YOU ARE JUST HELLBENT ON DESTROYING MY REPUTATION.. WELL THESE VICIOUS CYBERATTACKS

 So keep going.. you are going to pull your credibility down with you. The  more slander you are writing  the more people will start to think you are the problem not me.. 

Also what you are doing has attracted a few emails from people.. and they are all right behind me..AS PEOPLE dont like cyberbullies.

So you are starting to pull your own business credibilty down.. do as much as you like it will now go against you from what i am seeing

People are noticing  and commenting..they say had you just listed your report on one site..maybe people might have started to wonder BUT as you are feverishly going to heaps of sites people are emailing me asking if you are pyschotic .. ??? 

the simple fact is ..you have slandered me on the internet to try and blackmail me it appears.. and due to emotional stress i backed down and offered you a refund 3 times documented through a REPUTABLE company and you ignored all the offers.....thats a sign that this is a VENDETTA to try and

close your business down.. so its not just ME thinking this now I WAS ADVISED BY THE AUTHORITES TO NO LONGER RESPOND TO YOU AS YOU OBVIOUSLY DECLINED MY OFFER.. SO THIS IS MORE A SMEAR CAMPAIGN PROBABLY AS I AM  A SELLING COMPETITOR.

 Why do you not address the issue? Nowhere in your rebuttal do you even talk about what is relevant- the fact that you sold me a watch case as solid gold when it was not solid gold. Nor did you give me the promised original box, which increases the value, despite numerous requests. The completely inappropriate lightweight chain you eventually sent was NOT a present. It was part of the package that was supposed to come with the watch and the box. Telling the truth is not slander or cyber bullying.

I HAVE SENT HER A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL EMAIL WHERE SHE STATES THAT THE WATCH CASE IS SOLID GOLD. I am amazed that she refuses to acknowledge this misrepresentation. Instead, she attempts to avoid the issue and talks about irrelevant peripheral issues.   She throws around words such as 'cyber bullying' and slander' and privately emails me threatening legal action in order to BULLY ME into keeping quiet about the truth.

I am NOT a competitor. Under Rosmys on Ebay I have hardly sold anything for the last 18 months.  Nevertheless, I have made many purchases. From nearly 1300 trades I have 100% good feedback from sellers. I have two negative feedbacks from buyers.  The one about an unpleasant experience came from a buyer who complained that necklace was not genuine amber when ad clearly stated FAUX amber!!!! Go figure.
I established the ebay name rosjaz to separate buys and sells, but have not sold very much on this site. I find selling on ebay hard work!

Some irrelevant background info:
When I first started buying some jewellery for myself, I spent about $8000 with Ricki. She was very friendly, I was naive and never tested anything- Hence I left lots of good feedback. Why mention Rosebud cottage Antiques?  Because there is a direct link with my issue.  In my case, when you are sent a purchase made on Ebay from Rosebudcottageantiques, you are introduced to her website for Rosebud Cottage Antiques via a business card that comes with the purchase. [My experience leads me to believe that it is much safer to buy on ebay- you have 45 days to file a dispute.  On the Rosebud Cottage antique site, Rikki monitors feedback and only lets positve feedback get posted!]  After  establishing this direct relationship via her own website, I was then approached directly.  In my case, there is a direct link from Rosebud cottage antiques to the direct email approach.  Note that nearly all of the advertised items on the website were from her own private collection!

I had overspent. I still have 80% of what I bought off her.  (This is because I know I cannot get my money back for them at the moment- I paid far too much).
 Rikki reinstated me later (perhaps because I had spent so much).   Anyhow, I was able to purchase a few more items, but then I stopped purchasing from her as problems began to arise with things I had purchased from her.  I knew there was nothing I could do- it was far too late. But finding out that my supposed solid gold watch case is not solid gold is the last straw.
Of course i am upset - I feel VERY RIPPED OFF

bought this antique pocket watch TWO YEARS AGO...and she got a gold chain as a gift

BUT here is the FULL story why i believe she has decided to lodge this report.

Read on !!! this is a selling competitor on Ebay. She has bought many pieces from me over an extended period and always left positive feedback..she bought the pocket watch two years ago in 2010 and continued to buy from me until 2011.  

but app  18 months ago i found out she was copying my Ebay descriptions and copying my private photos of the items she had purchased  from me .. and she resold most of these items on ebay with profit  and this was done without my permission and this is AGAINST ebays policy and guidelines. you cannot take a sellers description or personal photos without their authority. It was only due to an astute regular customer i found out.

Now who is  dishonest here ? you be the judge.

So i BLOCKED her USERID on ebay A YEAR AGO. as i didnt want her buying from me if she was going to continue using my photos and descriptions illegally.. BUT she asked for me to remove the block  so she could purchase more items which i did ..but after a short time i had second thoughts and decided to put it back on  ...and thought that was the last of it.. as by blocking her means she cannot buy from me again.

SO three days ago she wins an item with a NEW USERID .. !!

as her old userid  is blocked...very sneaky !!!   And once i saw it was her i followed policy and procedure with a blocked customer and refunded her money immediately.. She then left unwarranted TERRIBLE FEEDBACK and this was removed by ebay.

SO you guessed it.. 24 hours later she has lodged this ripoff report to get back at me..

Its  a form of cyber bullying .. or internet slander..

SO IF SHE THINKS I AM THAT DISREPUTABLE AS A SELLER WHY DID SHE BUY FROM ME AGAIN ON 28TH AUGUST 2012?

THAT JUST DOESNT MAKE SENSE .. IT SEEMS SHE WANTED TO BUY MY ITEMS AGAIN AND RESELL THEM FOR PROFIT MAKING PURPOSES .AND BECAUSE I STUCK TO MY GUNS AND REFUNDED HER MONEY SHE HAS DECIDED TO TAKE REVENGE AGAINST ME BY LODGING THIS POST.   

I sold her the pocket watch privately as it was my own personal item .. not a business sale.. everything else was bought through ebay and my website..so why has she listed my site above ?

i assume to try and destroy my business . I have many happy return customers ..many have been with me for 7 years.. and will attest to my honesty and integrity as a seller. 

she knew my return policy it was clearly in the description fields and she had AMPLE time to get everything checked and authenticated..i had nothing to hide as i am an honest reputable seller. I have a "no questions asked "return policy ... and will refund to any customer regardless of the reason as long as its within a suitable time frame.. I am fairly flexible with my customers  but TWO YEARS??????? what sort of damage has occurred? i have no idea 

I sell predominately ANTIQUE jewellery items and this is the FIRST i have heard of a bangle breaking ...HOWEVER how long ago was it that it broke? and by whom? . a year or two years after purchase??? Antique jewellery must be handled carefully.. it will have normal wear and tear.

I AM STANDING UP FOR MY BUSINESS..AND THIS MISLEADING REPORT  

i have a 100% feedback on Ebay and have been trading for over 7 years and pay my taxes .and have sold thousands of items...

But she has two ebay user ids and on BOTH  have negative feedback ( less than 100%) from disgruntled customers for her selling practices ..so what does that tell you ??

THE REPORT SHE HAS LODGED IS DEFAMATORY AND CYBERBULLY TACTICS.
