rosenthal and stin continue to harrass me at work atlanta, Georgia
I have been getting calls from Rosenthal and Stein for months at my job and home. I have told them numerous times to not call my job and that it is illegal to call me at my place of employment. The proceeded to tell me that it is not illegal to call me at my place of employment because they are not trying to collect money? Really I listened to what they had to say and at the end of the conversation it was them trying to set up a payment plan with me. Yeah. they threatened me with fraud, jail time, garnishment from a payday loan from yrs ago. yes I did default on it but I had lost my job. Now I am filing bankruptcy and they tried to tell me that my bankruptcy wont help me in this case. When i asked them for all the information pertaing to my case they wouldnt give it to me. I too talked to an Agent Jackson, Agent brown, Marietta left voicemails on my phone. They are going to get me fired and then they wont collect anything from me.
I am considerin filing a suit against them for harrassment at my job, especially since my boss/owner of the business i work at has kept numbers and names of the people who asked for me. and they are telling my coworkers that they are calling to collect debt from me, which is releasing private information without my consent. They are so rude and inconsiderate and the threatening iscrazy, I considered paying them until I spoke to my attorney who said do not pay them anything.
once this is over I may file my own suit.
