Royal Ace Casino Silver Oaks Casino - same owners Approved withdrawal for on 6/27/18 for $920.00 never received my money no one replies to email and no one answers phone, Silver Oak casino approved withdrawal $1675.00 on 6/28/18 same no money received and no reply both casinos have generic response in chat that tells you nothing Internet
I deposited almost $400.00 between both casinos and I won was apprroved for both withdrawals but never received any money?? In chat I get a copy paste responce, no one answers the phone most of the time and if they do it is a run around responce. Emails they dont answer. At this point it looks like I got ripped off.

Royal Casino ripped me off last year and i never got my money ; instead they turned off my profile and kept my 900 + dollars that i had won after a 100 dollar deposit ! i won the money after my deposit went through and it was ok to play slots ! I signed back in to collect my winnings and they locked me out after i complained about my total earnings that i had won ! they said that my Credit Card had voided my deposit and so the winnings of $900 + was not valid ! I won prior to their claim and so i believe i had the winnings coming ; Royal Casino kept my winnings and locked me out !
