Royal Biz Don't know who this even is. Royalbiz.us at 866-761-1223. The phone number is only for the billing for whatever this company is Took $59.95 in unauthorized debit card transaction - could not tell me why or what it was for or who authorized it. Claimed refund would process in 30 days and they are not resp for overdraft fee as San Francisco, California
Noticed a $59.95 debit card transaction on my checking account in memo-post status on 3/23/10. Called the company 3/23, 3/25, 3/26. Was told this transaction was NOT in their system.
Was asked to fax my bank statement showing the transaction. Did so. Heard nothing back from them. I believe they were stalling me until the transaction hard-posted which it did on 3/25/10 and caused my checking account to be overdrawn and charged a $29.00 overdraft fee.
Called 3/29/10 and demanded money back plus overdraft fee. Was told their system said I would be refunded the next billing cycle and that the overdraft fee was a bank fee and not their responsibility.
They could not tell me what the charge was for, who authorized it or any reason at all this money was taken from my account. I pressed hard and they have apparently been trained extremely well to just say, "I'm sorry this happened to you."
The number on my bank statement is only a billing company, they say, and refused to give me the number for Royal Biz.
