Fort Worth,#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

I'm sorry that Chazel Lee is ill and having trouble collecting on her work related injuries! They are real and legitimate as I witnessed her suffering as her beau during the initial injury! I, also, loaned her $1,417.00 to support her while she was between jobs. She promised to pay it back once employed. She HAS NOT paid it back, I sent several notes to her home asking for the money with NO reply! Once when I was faced with disasterous debt, I sent a note begging for the owed money with NO response! So....I guess that it can be said that if you don't honor your own obligations, then you can expect to be treated similarly by others! Perhaps this posting will cause Chazel to repay her debt to me as promised!

On Feb.5th,2003, I faxed Jessie Njoku, asking her to explain why I received a check for $222.80, instead of what I was owed, which was $360.40 I also had sent Jan., invoice to Jessie, at the end of Jan. In my fax to her, I ask her to please send the amount she shorted me, which was $137.60, and the amount of Jan., invoice, which was $138.00. I still have not heard a word from Jessie, at Royal & Sunalliance. Today, I faxed her again asking her to please send the money she owes me, plus, I faxed to her, Feb. invoice. Now she owes me a total of $358.40. Also, Jessie Njoku, has refused to pay for the emergency room, that I had to go to because of my migrains. Now the hospital is billing me for those two visits. Since my head injury, in 1998, I have been getting cranial treatments weekly, for my severe headaches. Since my fall, in 1998, when I slipped on a wet floor at work, throwing me over onto a comode. I raised my right arm to protect my face, my head hit my right arm, breaking my arm. Since then, I have had multiple problems with my head, eyes and teeth and jaw. Because of all these problems that I have had with my head, I believe that Royal & Sunalliance should pay for the emergency room. I have no other insurance. I am disabled, and cannot work.

I sent invoices monthly to Jessie Njoku and Royal & Sunalliance Workmans Comp. Ins. I sent October, November, & December 2002, and January 2003. Every week I would call to see why I haven't been paid for my milage, to my doctor. Jessie would always tell me that it has been sent in for payment, or her assistant has the invoices and has sent them in for payment. This is always a lie. I have been going through this for 3 years. The first check that I received was after 13 months of sending in invoices to Jessie, calling her, and asking her, to please send in the invoices so I could be paid. On Feb. 4, 2003, I received a check for invoices Oct. Nov. and Dec. 2002. The amount should have been $360.40. The check that Jessie sent me was $222.80. The check was short $137.60. I did not get paid for Jan. 2003, invoice. I have explained to Jessie that I really need this money, because I had back surgery, and foot surgery and needed this money to help pay my bills. Jessie does not care. I know that I am just a number to her. This is the third check that I have received in three years. In the other two checks, she also shorted me, and I had to call her several times, to get that straightened out. I don't know why she doesn't send my invoices in for payment, instead of shorting me every time. I just faxed her the invoices again, asking her to put the information on my invoices, about how she came up with the $222.80, instead of $360.40, and fax them back to me.. I have Fibromyalgia, and things like this really stress me and my FMS, gets much worse. I am sick and tired of dealing with someone that is so incompetent, or maybe she does this on purpose. Thank you,
