R&R Country Kennel Ripoff PUPPY MILL ALERT BEWARE!! WILL NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE SO I AM LEFT WITH HEARTACHE Coffeyville Kansas
I bought a beautiful Pekingnese from R & R Country Kennel aka Sparks Crew from livedeal.com. The person I dealt with was Tammi Sparks who I spoke with from day 1 up to the day my puppy Remy flew in. She (Tammi) was so sweet and answered all my phone calls and emails up until I got the puppy and realized she had a genetic problem.
I took Remy to the vets 3 days after she arrived and was told she has a right sided murmur or whole in her heart. We will not know exactly until she has an ultrasound done.
R & R Kennels gave me a year health guarantee and Tammi Sparks promised me when I called her that they would pay to have Remy fixed no matter the cost. Well then the other woman called who supposedly owns the dog a Dakota Coffield in Kansas and she told me she is poor and lives off a fixed income and only does this on the side to help her divorced daughter. Well all well and good but don't offer a 1 year health guarantee and then tell that person that all they can do is if the puppy dies within a year, you will get another puppy and pay shipping! Now we are not talking washing machines here, I already love her!! I wake up in the morning and hope and pray she greets me! I took Remy to another vet without telling them what the 1st one said, and he heard the murmur/hole as quickly as the 1st one did!! But I have a piece of paper from their vet giving her a clean bill of health?!. There is no way this could have been missed in both of the Vets opinions in Vermont.
This is a very painful situation and I don't want anyone else to experience this so I will be reporting this wherever and to whomever I can.
